Accept that most road cars that are coming out are more advanced than the race cars with self driving technology, active aerodynamics, recycled materials, unlimited testing, automatic transmissions, noise cancelling, adjustable on the fly suspension, battery based hybrids, airbags, infotainment

That is true, especially with GT3 racing, which at its core is stripped out and less powerful versions of road cars
